PAYMENT TERMS

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMEX. We do also accept PayPal Please understand that placing an order using PayPal as your payment method could take longer than just supplying us with a credit card number. You must pay for your order via PayPal before we will process it; then we will contact you once we have shipping charges for you to pay the remaining balance. You can access our PayPal account using Sales@Sharpimport.com It is our goal to process orders ASAP, and if we have to wait on payment via mail, this slows the process. However, we do accept Bank Wires, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. All NJ buyers are subject to 6% sales tax unless they have a NJ Retail License. Prices are Subject To Change without notice. Customers may pick up orders they have placed at our warehouse. Our warehouse hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday and by appointment on Saturday.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship via UPS Ground service for most of our shipments. Or Freight Company on an arrangement basis. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We also ship through United Parcel Post,  A handling charge of $10.00 per box shipped (in addition to actual shipping charges) will be assessed.

Customers must call within 5 days of original purchase to return any item. Misuse of, or used items will not be accepted for return. All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. All merchandise is carefully packed and leaves our facility in perfect condition. Claims should be made to the delivering carrier and notated on the bill of lading or other delivery documents at the time of receipt.

Is placing an order using my credit card safe and confidential?
YES! Safe and Confidential using SSL!
During a Secure SSL session, data passed back and forth between your computer and our server is secured by using public key cryptography. All credit card transactions have added security because they are broken into two (2) parts, scrambled, then sent through 2 different secure databases.

How much is shipping and by what method is merchandise shipped?
Shipping is based on both destination and total package weight so it is nearly impossible to calculate exact shipping before knowing what you would like to order and where it is being shipped. All packages are shipped by UPS GROUND. When you place an order with us, we pack it and make the UPS label. We charge the shipping exactly what UPS charges us, not a single penny more!

Does SHARP IMPORT accept international orders?
Yes, Unfortunately we no longer accept international orders via Credit Card. We do accept credit card orders from the USA and Canada. All international orders shipped outside the US and Canada must be paid in full via International Money Order, or Wire Transfer  before the goods can be mailed.

Please be aware that orders mailed outside the USA may require duties and customs clearing fees not associated with the purchase price or shipping charges. These additional funds depend on your countries duties/customs laws and regulations. The receiver of the goods will be responsible for paying any such fees.

Is there a membership fee? Do I need to sign up for anything?
There are absolutely no fees. You may start ordering as soon as you like.

How do I place an order?
Browse the storefront to see which products you are interested in, we have hundreds of products available! Be sure to click on the Item description for two reasons:  To see a bigger picture, and  To display the minimum quantity needed to order and to see the discount pricing available for that item. When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart, decide how many units of the item you want, then click the icon that says "Add to Cart". The item number, description, and price of the item will be displayed. Enter the quantity you want in the quantity field. Click on the icon that says "Update Subtotal" and the shopping cart will calculate your extended total. NOTE: if you are ordering enough of an item to earn a quantity discount, the shopping cart will automatically lower the price and calculate the subtotal for you after you click "Update Subtotal". Click "Keep Shopping" to continue your search for more merchandise. Repeat this process until you are finished adding items to the order, then simply click "Check Out" and the shopping cart will prompt you to complete the order form with your company name, address, telephone numbers, and payment information. You can shop with confidence knowing that this site is secure and 100% safe!

Do you have a showroom when I can pick up?

How long does shipping take?
We usually ship orders within 1 business day. When you order has shipped we will send you an email which will have you commercial invoice with the tracking number. UPS Ground is the most common method of shipping. Transit times can range from 1-5 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pennsauken, NJ
